Basing on the same, a case in Cr.No. 06/ACB-KNR/2021, U/Sec. 13(1)(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988(as Amended in 2018), Sec. 409, 420 and 477-A IPC r/w 120-B IPC r/w 34 IPC was registered and investigated. On 29-06-2021 the accused officer Sri Nakka Anil, Bill Collector was arrested by ACB officials and produced before the Hon'ble Court for ACB cases at Karimnagar. Today, i.e., on 06-07-2021 the accused officer Badugu Anuf Kumar was arrested and being produced before the Hon'ble ACB Court at Karimnagar.

Initially, on 28-11-2020, the Addl.A.E. demanded and accepted Rs.30,000/- as advance bribe from the complainant through the Lineman to do the favour. Sri Ather Srinivas, A.E.(Commercial), O/o. The Divisional Engineer(Elecl.), Operation Division, Adilabad was also caught in his office as he demanded and accepted bribe of Rs.5,000/- from the complainant on 19-12-2020 to approve the Demand Notice pertaining to the meter connection of complainant's factory. The accused officer were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Karimnagar.

Director, Urban Forestry is harassing contractors for bribes and clearing files pertaining to the bills of contractors only after receiving huge money from them, a surprise check was conducted on 11-12-2020 by a team of ACB officials and seized total amount of unaccounted cash Rs. 15,84,080/- from the office, vehicle and residence of him which he could not account for satisfactorily. Sri Eslavath Swamy Naik, Site Engineer, TSEWIDC (Telangana State Education Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation), Nalgonda District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 04-12-2020 at Sagar Road, Miryalguda when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 70,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to forward the recorded Measurement Book to higher officers to enable the complainant to get his bill sanctioned for Rs.4,25,000/-. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Boggarapu Pradeeep Kumar, Deputy Statistical Officer, O/o. The Chief Planning Officer, Adilabad was caught by ACB officials on 04-12-2020 as he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.4,000/- from the complainant to process and forward to the MPDO, Adilabad the Cheque of Rs.5,00,000/- pertaining to the work of laying CC Road in Ankoli Village. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases, Karimnagar.

Sri Pallaboina Srikanth, Thoti(Gardener), I/C. Attender at O/o. Resident Medical Officer(RMO), MGM Government Hospital, Warangal was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 27-11-2020 at his office when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.1,500/- from the complainant to obtain signatures of RMO on declaration form and health certificate and to hand over the same to the complainant. The accused above was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri I.Jagadish, Inspector of Police, Kamareddy Police Station was caught by ACB officials on 19-11-2020 for demanding bribe of Rs.5,00,000/- from the complainant through Sri Sujay, a private person to do an official favour, i.e., to release the complainant on bail in a case registered in Kamareddy Police Station and to see that there will not be any harassment to him in future. Divisional Engineer, TSSPDCL, Keesara was caught in his office by ACB officials on 17-11-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.13,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to forward the application of the complainant to Superintending Engineer, TSSPDCL, Uppal to sanction one Transformer and Electricity meters pertaining to Vaishnavi Constructions, Nagaram. Sri Jogula Santosh, Artisan(Outsourcing), O/o. Assistant Divisional Engineer, TSSPDCL, Keesara obtained Rs.6,000/- from the complainant on 12-11-2020 through Phonepay to forward the same file to the office of Divisional Engineer, TSSPDCL, Keesara. The accused officer and Outsourcing person were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri N,Hanumantha Rao Naik, Deputy Executive engineer, Engineering Section, Municipal Office, Suryapet, Suryapet District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 22-10-2020 in the premises in the premises of Indore stadium, Uppal when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.2,25,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to do check measurement in respect of the work executed by the complainant in Measurement Book and to forward it to his superior officer along with the bill forms. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases, Hyderabad.

Sri Vadde Surendar, Municipal Commissioner, Mahabubnagar was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 22-10-2020 at his office when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 1,65,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to forward the quatations of the complainant to the Collector for his approval and to issue work order for erection of New Chlorination Plant at Mahabubnagar Municipality.The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Ch.Ravinder, Deputy Executive Engineer, I&CAD Department, Sub-Division, Jangaon was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 07-11-2020 in his office chambers in Jangaon when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.50,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to process the work of M-Books and Bills pertaining to restoration works of Jellivarikunta Cheruvu and Ghori Mallannakunta Cheruvu executed by the complainant under Mission Kakatiya phase-IV and to forward them to the Executive Engineer, I&CAD Department, Jangaon. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri G.Vijaya Mohan, Principal, Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Junior College, Balanagar, Mahabubnagar District was caught by ACB officials on 04-11-2020 at his residential quarter when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.5,000/- from the complainant for doing official favour, i.e., not to harass the complainant by sending adverse reports against him to higher officials and to see that the complainant gets his salary without any obstruction. The trsp amount of Rs.5,000/- was recovered from Sri Ammapalli Sai Babab, Cook at the Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Junior College, Balanagar. Sri P.Rakesh, Inspector of Police, Bodhan Town Police Station was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 31-10-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.50,000/- and one Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G Mobile Phone worth Rs.1,03,999/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., not to register a false case against the complainant and to release the complainant's Royal Enfield Motor Cycle which was kept by the police at the Bodhan P.S.. Sri Mogulaiah, Sub-Inspector of Police, Bhodhan ATown Police Station and Sri A.Gajendra, ARPC 2005/Driver of the vehicle of Inspector of Police abetted the acts of the Inspector. Sri Bakki Ramu, Deputy Executive Engineer, RWS&S, Mission Bhagiratha Intra, Sub-Division, Narsampet was caught red-handed by ACB officials in his office chambers at Narsampet on 29-10-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 4,000/- from the complainant to do official favour, i.e., for process the work of M-Books and Bills pertaining to CC Pedwstal Works executed by the complainant and to forward them to the Executive Engineer, Warangal Rural Division for sanction of the bill amount. Sri Mellacheruvu Laxminarayana, Sub-Inspector of Police, Sri Nimmala Naresh, PC 30166 of Gandhinagar Police Station, Hyderabad Police Commissionerate were caught red-handed by ACB officials on 28-10-2020 near Gandhinagar P.S. when they demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.30,000/- from the complainant for doing official favour, i.e., to abstain from registering similar cases against the complainant and to do favour in the investigation of the case vide Cr.No.240/2020 of P.S. Gandhinagar. The accused officers were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases, Hyderabad.

Sri Y.Narasimha Reddy, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Malkajgiri Division, Rachakonda Police Commissionerate against whom a case of Disproportionate Assets was registered by ACB on 22-09-2020 and Simultaneous searches were conducted on 23-09-2020 at several places in Hyderabad, Warangal, Jangaon, Nalgonda, Karimnagar Districts. During the searches, so far Rs.7.5 Crores worth of properties were found. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Samudrala Krishna Reddy, Assistant Director of Agriculture, Peddapalli Division, Peddapalli District against whom a case of Disproportionate Assets was registered by ACB on 15-09-2020 and Simultaneous searches were conducted on 26-09-2020 at his house and the houses of his relatives. During the searches, so far Rs.2.07 Crores worth of properties were found. Earlier the accused officer was caught in a Trap case in Cr.No. 16/ACB-KNR/2019 The accused officer was already arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Earva Nagaraju Balraj, Tahsildar, Keesara and Sri Bongu Sai Raj, Village Revenue Assistant, Rampally and Sri Kandadi Anji Reddy, R/o. Rampally, Sri Cowla Srinath Yadav of M/s. Sri Satya Developers, Uppal was arrested by ACB in a surprise check when bribe of Rs.1,10,00,000/- accepted by above Sri E.B.Nagaraj, Tahsildar as part payment of demanded bribe of Rs.2 Crores to clear the land issue of pertaining to 19 Acres 39 Guntas of land in Sy.No. 614, etc. The accused officers and others were arrested and produced before the Hon'ble Court for ACB cases at Hyderabad 0n 15-08-2020.

Sri Gaddam Nagesh, Additional Collector, Medak District against whom a case of Disproportionate Assets was registered by ACB on 03-10-2020 and Simultaneous searches were conducted at several places in Medak, Nizamabad and Hyderabad districts. During the searches, so far Rs.3.26 Crores worth of properties were found. Earlier a case in Cr.No.05/RCO-CIU/2020, U/Sec. 7(a),(b),7-A & 12, 13(1)(a)(b) of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988(as Amended in 2018) and Sec. 120-B r/w. 34 IPC of CIU, ACB, Hyderabad was registered against him and investigated into as he has indulged in large scale corruption concerned with the district administration during the period of his office. The the accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Dr.Bheem Naik, District Medical & Health Officer, Gadwal was caught by ACB officials on 23-07-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.7,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to issue relieve order to the complainant. The accused officers was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri B.Shankaraiah, Inspector of Police and Sri K.Rajender, ASI of Shabad Police Station, Ranga Reddy District were caught red-handed by ACB officials on 09-07-2020 in the Police Station premises when they demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.1,20,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to provide police protection and to implement COurt order. The accused officers were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Rachamalla Laxman Kumar, Superintendent, Sri Manaji Vipin Raj, Junior Assistant, Planning Section, O/o. Commissioner of School Education, Hyderabad were caught by ACB officials on 06-07-2020 when they demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.40,000/- from the complainant to process the file and to issue No Objection Certificate(NOC) to get affiliation of CBSE, New Delhi to Santa Maria School, Nagaram, Medchal-Malkagjiri District. Sri Sriram Naveen Kumar, A.E.E., Yellandu Section, Irrigation Branch, Badradri Kothagudem District was caught red handed by ACB officials on 06-07-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.1,20,000/- from the complainant for process the first and final bill of the restoration work of Anantharam Cheruvu executed by the complainant under Mission Kakatiya and to get the material testing done. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Court for ACB Cases at Hyderabad.

Sri V.Rama Koteswara Rao, Assistant Labour Officer, Circle-2, Mahabubnagar was caught by ACB officials on 02-07-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.6,000/- from the complainant for process of sanction of benefits under NREGS. Sri T.Raghunath, Coordinator, Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, Ranga Reddy District and in charge Coordinator of Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, Siddipet District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 30-06-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 25,000/- from the complainant for doing official favour. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB Cases at Hyderabad.

B.J.Prem Kumar, Assistant Engineer, AP Housing Board, Central Division Maintenance, Nampally, Hyderabad was convicted by Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases at Hyderabad in a Trap case on 26-06-2020 and sentenced him to undergo rigorous Imprisonment for two years and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- for the offence under sec. 7 of PC Act,1988, in default of payment of the amount he shall undergo simple imprisonment for two months. Also sentenced him to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for two year for the offences u/s 13(1)(d) r/w 13(2) of the PC Act 1988 and also to pay a fine of Rs.1000/-, in default of payment of the amount he shall undergo simple imprisonment for two months. Both the sentences shall run concurrently.

Smt. Guguloth Padma, Village Revenue Officer, Yanambail(V), Paloncha(M), Badradri Kothagudem District was caught by ACB officials at the office of Tahsildar on 23-06-2020 when she demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 7,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to process the application of complainant's mother pertaining to Kalyanalaxmi Scheme and to submit report to the Tahsildar. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB Cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Lakinetipally Venkata Ravinder Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Pedda Amberpet Municipality, Ranga Reddy District was caught red handed by ACB officials in his office on 09-06-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., for not to stop his house construction work. The bribe amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was recovered from his possession. Further it came to light that the Accused Officer, after receipt of bribe amount of Rs.1,50,000/- from the complainant, he took out Rs.50,000/- from the currency bundle and handed over Sri Guntupally Adinarayana, Occ: Planner, Adivenkata Associates, Hayathnagar, Hyderabad who acted as mediator. The bribe amount of Rs.50,000/- was recovered from the possession of the mediator. The accused officer and his mediator were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB Cases at Hyderabad.

Sri T.Kantha Rao, Electrical Inspector, Nizamabad was caught red-handed by ACB officials in his house at Lingampally, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad on 09-06-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.70,000/- from the complainant to do official favour, i.e., issuance of approval certificate in respect of distribution of Transformer at Ramagundam, Mancheryal District. He also demanded and accepted bribe of Rs. 30,000/- and Rs.20,000/- on 07-05-2020 and 09-05-2020 respectively. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB Cases at Hyderabad.

Smt. Chintala Sujatha, Tahsildar, Shaikpet Mandal, Hyderabad was arrested by ACB officials on 08-06-2020 for being possession of pecuniary resources, i.e., Huge Cash of Rs.30,00,000/- in addition to gold and other valuables during her house search on 06-06-2020 which she could not satisfactorily account for and suspected to be ill gotten money. A.Ravinder, Sub-Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City was arrested by ACB officials on 06-06-2020 as he demanded bribe of Rs. 3,00,000/- and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- from the complainant for closing the two cases of Banjara Hills police station registered against the complainant. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Kandala Nagarjuna Reddy, Revenue Inspector, Shaikpet Mandal, Hyderabad was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 06-06-2020 when he demanded bribe amount of Rs. 30,00,000/- and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- from the complainant. Earlier, the Complainant lodged a report stating that he has 4865 square yards of land in Road No. 14, Banjara Hills which was bought in the year 1969 by his father, presently worth about Rs. 40 Crores. The complainant had filed a petition at the Tahasildar office, Shaikpet with a request to survey his land and update the same online. Then he filed Writ Petition in the Hon'ble High Court and obtained order not to interfere and the matter is pending before the Honourable High Court. The Tahasildar, Shaikpet filed two cases of encroachment against Complianant in Banjara Hills PS. When the complainant met the Tahasildar, Shaikpet, she directed him to meet the Revenue Inspector. Sri. Kandala Nagarjuna Reddy. Revenue Inspector demanded Rs.30 lakhs bribe to solve all problems linked with the revenue authorities. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Ramavath Sravan Kumar, Prohibition & Excise Inspector, Sri Ramavath Devender, Junior Assistant, O/o. Prohibition & Excise Police Station, Achampet, Nagarkurnool District were caught by ACB officials on 16-03-2020 when the Inspector demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 9,000/- from the complainant through the Junior Assistant to do official favour, i.e., to implement the orders of the Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise, Hyderabad and to process the file of the complainant and to forward the same to Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise for release of FD of Rs.1,50,000/- and original RC of the Car of the complainant which was seized by the Excise Officials on 14-11-2018. The accused officers were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB Cases at Hyderabad.

Sri P.Gopinath, Auditor, Pay & Accounts Office, Hyderabad was caught by ACB officials on 10-03-2020 as he demanded bribe amount of Rs.5,000/- from the complainant for processing the pending salary bills of Rs.1,78,737/- of the complainant. Further even after sanction of pending salary bills and receipt of the same by the complainant, the accused Sri P.Gopinath and another earlier arrested accused Sri Thota Rama Rao, Superintendent of same office attempted to obtain undue advantage of Rs.5000/- from the complainant as reward. The Accused Officer was arrested and produced before the Hon'ble ACB Court at Hyderabad.

Sri Thota Rama Rao, Superintendent, Pay & Accounts Office, Hyderabad was caught by ACB officials on 07-03-2020 as he along with Sri P.Gopinath, Auditor, Pay & Accounts Office demanded bribe amount of Rs.5,000/- from the complainant for processing the pending salary bills of Rs.1,78,737/- of the complainant. Further, even after sanction of pending salary bills and receipt of the same by the complainant, Sri Thota Rama Rao and Sri P.Gopinath are attempted to obtain undue advantage of Rs.5,000/- from the complainant as a reward. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Madani Murali, Police Constable(Civil) No. 718, O/o. The Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Officer, Karimnagar Unit, Karimnagar was caught by ACB officials on 13-03-2020 as he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.50,000/- from the complainant by intercepting Lorry bearing No. TS16UB8838 transporting sand illegally on 26-02-2020 and threatened the owner of the lorry that Rs.1,50,000/- would be imposed as fine, demanded and accepted bribe of Rs.50,000/- from him to release the lorry . The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Karimnagar.

Sri Shaik Saidulu, Sub-Treasury Officer, FAC Assistant Treasury Officer, Sri Madaboina Venkatesh, Senior Assistant, O/o. The Tahsildar, Lingampet Mandal, Kamareddy District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 04-03-2020 in front of his office when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.3,000/- and a Mobile Phone from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e. to mutate the land purchased by the complainant and to issue the pattadar passbooks in the names of his maternal aunt and his two sons. Sri Abdul Shafiuddin, Assistant Labour Officer, Moulali, Ranga Reddy District was caught by ACB officials on 28-02-2020 as he demanded bribe of Rs. 10,000/- and accepted Rs. 4,000/- on 10-02-2020 and again demanded bribe of Rs.3,000/- while he was working as Senior Assistant in the office of Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Ranga Reddy District, from the complainant for processing the file to renew the labour license of the complainant. Smt Maram Jayalaxmi, Deputy Tahsildar, I/C Superintendent, C-Section, O/o. the District Collector, Nagarkurnool District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 24-02-2020 at her office when she demanded Bribe of Rs.10,00,000/- and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as advance payment from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to look after the work of the complainant and his brother-in-law to get their land mutated in their names. The District SC Development Officer, Jangaon were caught red-handed by ACB officials on 22-02-2020 as they demanded and accepted bribe amount of Rs.3,000/- and Rs.2,000/- respectively from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to sign on the GIS and EL Encasement files of the complainant and to forward them to DTO, Jangaon for payment of the bills. Sri Puli Kumara Swamy, Bill Collector(Outsourcing), Ward Office, Ismailkhanguda(V), Pocharam Municipality, Medchal Malkajgiri District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 18-02-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 10,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to process and hand over the NOC, for registration of complainant's sister's in law house in his name, situated in the Gramakantam land. The accused Officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE & ACB cases, Hyderabad.

Sri Mohammed Wazed, Office Subordinate, O/o. Gazetted Food Inspector, Mahabubnagar District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 17-02-2020 at his office when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.4,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to process the application for license renewal of M/S Sri Laxmi Narsimha Agencies belonging to the complainant. The accused Officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Gaddam Babu Raju, Record Assistant, O/o. The Deputy Inspector of Schools, Saidabad Range-1, Hyderabad was caught by ACB officials on 15-02-2020 in his office when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 10,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., for remitting amount of Rs.1,26,000/- which was deducted towards Income Tax from the rental income of the complainant, into Income Tax account of the Deputy Inspector of Schools, Saidabad Range-1, Hyderabad in order to enable the complainant to claim I.T. refund.The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri J.Narender, Administrative Officer, O/o. Transport Commissioner, Hyderabad was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 11-02-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.36,000/- from the complainant to show official favour, i.e., for issuance of proceedings for manufacturing of Trailer and Tanker of the complainant. On 13-01-2020 the above accused officer demanded and accepted bribe of Rs.30,000/- for providing copies of designs of two wheeler Trailer and Tractor to the complainant. Earlier the above accused officer was trapped on 04-01-2016, when he demanded and accepted bribe of Rs. 8,000/- and a Disproportionate Assets case was also registered against him on 03-03-2016. They are pending. The accused Officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Syed Yakoob Altaf, Tax Inspector, Circle-28, GHMC, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad was caught by ACB officials on 08-02-2020 as he demanded the bribe amount of Rs.14,000/- and accepted the same by furnishing the Bank Account details of his wife and instructed the complainant to transfer the bribe amount in to his wife's bank account through Google Pay. Accordingly the complainant has transferred the bribe amount of Rs.14,000/- through Google Pay for not revising their house tax of newly constructed first floor at Mirjalguda, Malkajgiri and not to impose huge penalty. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases, Hyderabad.

Sri Nallagoppula Ilaiah, Superintendent, Tax Section, Circle-29, GHMC, Secunderabad who was absconding was arrested by ACB officials on 08-02-2020 as he demanded bribe amount of Rs.5,000/- from the complainant and accepted through Sri U.Srinivas, Outsourcing employee of his office. The Outsourcing employee was caught red-handed on 07-02-2020 while accepting the bribe amount of Rs. 5,000/- and produced before the Hon'ble Court for Judicial Custody. Now the Accused Officer Sri Ilaiah was arrested and produced before the Hon'ble ACB Court at Hyderabad.

Sri M.Babu, Technical Officer, I/C A.E., Yellandu Municipality, Bhadradri Kothagudem District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 07-02-2020 at his rented house when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.20,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., for recording the measurements of the works in M.Books and also to process the final bill and for the return of Fist Security Deposit(FSD) amount. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri U.Srinivas, Outsourcing Employee, Tax Section, Circle-29, GHMC, Secunderabad was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 07-02-2020 in his office when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 5,000/- from the complainant on the instructions of Sri Nallagoppula Illaiah, Superintendent, Tax Section, Circle-29, GHMC, Secunderabad to do an official favour, i.e., for processing the house tax assessment file of the complainant's wife. The accused above was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Suresh Babu, Line Inspector, Maredpally Electrical Section Office, TSSPDCL, Secunderabad was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 04-02-2020 in his office when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.4,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e.,for processing the file and handing over one 3 phase electric meter to the complainant. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri P.Jagan, Tax Inspector, Taxation Section, Circle-18, Zone-5, GHMC, Kharatabad, Hyderabad was caught by ACB officials on 31-01-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 75,000/- from complainant for doing official an favour, i.e., to hand over the Mutation proceedings and to continue the old house tax pertaining to the H.No. 8-2-293/82/A/281-C, Road No.10, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB Cases at Hyderabad.

Sri G.Srinivas, V.R.O.,Nelamarri, Munagala Mandal, Suryapet District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 31-01-2020 at his office when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 17,000/- from complainant for doing official an favour, i.e., for processing Mutation application pertaining to the land Ac,4.2750 Gts. gifted to the complainant by his mother to mutate on the name of the complainant and to hand over the proceedings copy issued by the Tahsildar, Munagala, Suryapet District. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB Cases at Hyderabad.

Smt Lakavath Satish Kumari, Grade.II Tutor & Incharge Principal, School of Nursing, MGM Hospital, Warangal was caught by ACB officials on 30-01-2020 at her office when she demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.40,000/- from the complainant through Smt Thippani Shobha Rani, Grade.II Tutor, School of Nursing, MGM Hospital to issue relieving order to the complainant certifying that she completed 3 years period of General Nursing Midwifery(GNM) training. The Tutor Smt Thippani Shobha Rani was caught red-handed in the chamber of the Principal. Smt Ganipaka Sharada was also apprehended in the premises of School of Nursing, MGM Hospital for abetting the Principal's demand for bribe. The accused officers were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Smt. L.Trivenibai, Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector, RTA Check Post, Zaheerabad was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 29-01-2020 when she demanded and accepted the bribe of Rs. 500/- from the complainant through Sri Syed Chand Pasha, Private Driver of the AMVI to show favour, i.e., to allow entry of the Lorry bearing No. GJ-25U-9237 of the complainant to Telangana State. Unaccounted cash of Rs.28,470/- was also seized from the possession of Accused Officer and her driver.The accused officer and the private driver Sri Chand Pasha were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Hyderabad.

R.K.Vijaya Laxmi, Section Officer, Indian Christian Minority Section-1, Minorities Welfare Department, AP, Hyderabad was convicted on 29-01-2020 in a trap case vide Cr.No.14/ACB-CR.1/2010 for the offences punishable U/Sec. 7 & 13(1) (d) r/w. 13(2) of the P.C.Act 1988 to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of two years and also to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- and in default of the payment of the fine amount, to undergo a simple imprisonment for a period of two months, etc.

Sri Shaik Mobeen, Surveyor, Ellandakunta Mandal, Karimnagar District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 23-01-2020 at the Bus Station, Jammikunta, Karimnagar District when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.7,000/- from the complainant for conducting survey in the agricultural land pertaining to complainant's father and to submit the survey report to the Tahsildar, Ellandakunta Mandal. The accused officer was arrested and being produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Karimnagar.

Sri S.Madan Mohan, Bailiff, Nazarath Section, Kukatpally Court Complex, Cyberabad and Sri Ramagalla Isaac Arun Kumar, Field Assistant(Ameena)(Bailiff), Nazarath Section, Kukatpally Court Complex, Cyberabad were caught by ACB officials on 18-01-2020 at their office when demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.5,000/- from the complainant to do an official favour, i.e., to implement the court orders to evict the tenant by breaking open the lock of the premises pertaining to the complainant and to hand over the copy of panchanama. The accused officer were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Balvanthaiah, Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City who was absconding surrendered before the Investigation officer, ACB on 10-01-2020. The Inspector demanded and accepted bribe of Rs.50,000/- and two VAT 69 liquor bottles from the complainant through his subordinate officer Sri P.Sudheer Reddy, Sub-Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City who was caught red-handed on 09-01-2020 while accepting the bribe, arrested and sent to judicial custody. The surrendered Accused Officer was arrested and produced before the Hon'ble ACB Court at Hyderabad.

On 06.01.2020 at 3.40 AM, the lorry bearing No. KA56 2278 transporting Almonds from Mumbai to Hyderabad was seized by The Accused Officer Sri Kommu Bhikshamaiah, State Tax Officer (Mobile Team), Charminar Division, Hyderabad. When the complainant Sri Om Veer Chowdary @ Billu, Occu: Business (Manager in Om Transport Company) R/o. Goshamahal, Hyderabad met the Accused Officer on the same day evening, the Accused Officer released the said lorry and retained Tax Invoice, e-Way Bills and told the complainant to get the owner Sri Krishna Agarwal or else pay Rs.60,000/- as bribe stating that the Almonds being transported are undervalued. Again on 7.1.2020, when the Complainant met the Accused Officer again and requested to return the retained documents, he reiterated the earlier demand of Rs.60,000/- bribe. On the repeated requests of the complainant, he reduced the bribe amount to Rs.35,000/-. Today i.e., on 09.01.2020 at 1520 hours, the Accused Officer was caught red handed in his office when he demanded and complainant's client Sri Krishna Agarwal from payment of any tax, to return the invoice kept with him and also for the favour of already released lorry.Chemical test conducted on the Accused Officer proved positive and bribe amount of Rs.35,000/- was recovered from his possession. The Accused Officer performed his duty improperly and dishonestly to obtain undue advantage. The above Accused Officer was arrested and produced before the Hon'ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases, Hyderabad.

On 29.12.2019 a case in Cr.No.851/2019, U/s 420,406 IPC was registered at Jubilee Hills Police Station against Sri Motaparthi Vamsi Krishna, complainant in this ACB Case. He was released on Police Station Bail on 31.12.2019. The A.O.1 Sri Balwantaiah, Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills Police Station demanded Rs.1 lakh as bribe from the Complainant Sri Vamsi Krishna through the A.O.2 Sri P. Sudheer Reddy, Sub-Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills P.S. as bribe for the official favour i.e. for having released the Complainant on Police Station Bail and also to refer complainant's case to Lok Adalath by deleting Section 406 IPC. On the request of the Complainant, bribe was reduced to Rs.50,000/- and two "VAT 69" brand Liquor bottles. The A.O-2 Sri.P. Sudheer Reddy, Sub Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City was caught red handed at by lane of Road No.10, Jubilee Hills on 09.01.2020 at 1415 hours, when he demanded and accepted bribe amount of Rs.50,000/- & two "VAT 69" brand Liquor bottles on the instructions of A.O-1 Sri Balvantaiah, Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City from the complainant Motaparthi Vamsi Krishna, R/o. Nizampet, Hyderabad for the above said official favour. The bribe amount of Rs.50,000/-& two "VAT 69" brand Liquor bottles were recovered from the possession of A.O-2 and chemical test proved positive. The A.0-1 & A.O-2 performed their duty dishonestly to obtain undue advantage. The above A.O-2 was arrested and produced before the Hon'ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases, Hyderabad.

The A.O-1 Sri Daripally Yadaiah, Tax Inspector, Circle 20, GHMC, Serilingampally, Hyderabad was caught on 09.01.2020 at 1200 hours, near Abhiruchi Hotel, Adarsh Nagar, Serilingampally when he demanded and accepted bribe amount of Rs.15,000/- through his Private Assistant A-2 Sri Mandhula Tirupathi @ Sai, from the complainant Sri Md. Ajaz Khan, R/o. Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy district to do an official favour i.e., to process tax fixation for complainant's newly constructed house vide H.No.7-32, Bapu Nagar Colony, Serilingampally. Bribe amount of Rs. 15,000/- was recovered from the possession of A-2 and chemical test proved positive. The Accused Officer performed his duty improperly and dishonestly to obtain undue advantage. The above A.O-1 and A-2 were arrested and produced before the Hon'ble Special Judge for SPE and ACB cases, Hyderabad.

Sri P.Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy, Lineman, Pothireddypally Section Office, TSSPDCL, Sangareddy Mandal & District was caught red-handed by ACB officials on 04-01-2020 when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.4,000/- from the complainant for doing official favour, i.e., to fix (3) new electricity service meters in the newly constructed house belonging to the complainant. The accused officer was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB cases at Hyderabad.

Sri Cherukuri Nagaraju, Marketing Manager of M/s. Omni Medi, R/o. Sanathnagar, Hyderabad was arrested by ACB officials on 04-01-2020 in Cr.No.13/RCO-CIU-ACB/2019 on the allegations of corruption, influencing Public Servants by corrupt/illegal means, conspiracy and collusion with other accused for pecuniary advantage for themselves and others. The arrested accused was produced before the Hon'ble Court for judicial remand.

Sri S.Linga Murthy, Circle Inspector of Police,, Yellareddypet Circle, Sri S.Anil, Sub-inspector of Police and Sri T.Kanakaraju, Police Constable of Gambhiraopet Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District were caught by ACB officials on 03-01-2020 when the CI and SI demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs. 10,000/- from complainant through their above PC to give notice U/Sec. 41-A Cr.P.C. to the complainant involved in a case of illegal Sand Transportation and to give him the bail and to process for the release of the complainant's seized vehicle carrying the sand. The PC Sri Kanakaraju was caught red-handed while accepting bribe. All the three accused officers were arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Special Judge for ACB Cases at Karimnagar.
